This site’s search bar matches any keyword-based query you input with identical words found within post titles, and it pulls up those said posts as results. It sounds simple enough, but there’s one key problem on this site that stops its search bar from being fully effective: A lot of post titles on XXX subreddits are vaguely titled with unclear wording.Even /r/Titties here isn’t spared from the vague, ambiguous wording which appears on most of its post titles. For example, there are tons of posts here that clearly depict tattoos, but only a few of them actually mention the word “tattoo” in their respective title. And only those few posts will be picked up by Reddit’s keyword-based search bar method, whereas the rest will all likely have a vague and unclear title like “felt cute might delete” or “do you like what you see?” which holds almost no chance of ever being picked up by a search query with clear and concrete wording.
