Before I proceed, it’s important to point out that Palcomix.com has been around since 2004 and you just don’t last 15years in the adult industry unless there is something you are getting right. They call themselves the “Home of the Adult Cartoon Comic Parody”, and while it’s nowhere near the biggest source of porn comics I have visited, there does seem to be enough to get you excited. Time to get the party started.
Not the best of receptions
If I’m to be brutally honest, the site looks like a mess at first sight. The design feels dated, and it’s safe to assume it has not been looked at since the site first came into existence. The largely orange and yellow background doesn’t help matters and finding content will require the patience of a snail. The first thing you encounter when you click enter is an age verification prompt. I genuinely don’t understand why sites have to take users through this. I have been watching porn for well over two decades, and there is certainly nothing underage about myself (other than still living with my folks). After you get over that small obstacle, you get a huge flashing box advertising Peitro’s Secret Club which apparently is about getting personalized gifts. However, I attempted to click on it, but nothing was forthcoming. I wish the good folks at Palcomix.com should make it easier to understand what the ‘offer’ is about. The rest of the homepage is filled with ads, some of which are promoting artists in the industry whose works come in varying styles. Some of them look much like regular cartoons, and the site plays that up. Others are 3D works that almost look real. I can live with that for now. That said, you will have to scroll through ads and other meaningless stuff before you finally get to the free comics. For a moment there I thought Palcomix.com is nothing more than an advertisement page! Needless to say, the site can do much better with the homepage. There is promise for graphic, highly erotic comics although that’s not immediately clear in part due to the site’s poor navigation. There does seem to be a semblance of order on the header menu allowing to browse Comics, an Artist Gallery, a forum, 3D modeling, patreon, store and such. Each of the tabs takes you to pages with content although some direct to outside sources. The best thing about the comics here is they are free. There is really no best way of getting started, and you just need to click whatever you feel appeals to the demons in your loins and get on with it. There seems to be a little over 200 comics which is far less than I would have hoped from a site that has been in the industry for long. You can expect X-rated comics covering lesbian, Straight, Gangbang, Rape, Robot Teen Sex and more niches. There doesn’t seem to be a standard image size or quality, but they look good enough and the artists clearly put in plenty of work to bring you some of the hottest porn comics. However, there are no slideshows or the option to grab a whole heap of images via ZIP, and you will have to make do with manually scrolling through the images which are not ideal when you need to use the other hand to rub one out. Also, you don’t get any real sorting options or even a basic search and apart from comics in progress and finished series, there are no other options to browse the content. The comics are laid out in an A-Z format with the listing telling you what the comic is a parody of, title, owner, and the kind of content inside. However, I didn’t like the fact that when you click on a comic, you are initially directed to an ad although there is a link below it taking you to the content. Like you will find out, there is a premium option to Palcomix VIP which allows you to access the entire HentaiKey network and option to contribute content to the site and view their comic archive. Membership costs $25 for 30 days, $70 for 90 days or $125 for 180 days. That will give you access to a whole bunch of other hentai porn sites and is a solid option, especially considering the collection at Palcomix.com is not that that massive.Active community and forum
